One of the most exciting aspects of planning your wedding cake is deciding what delicious flavours to include in your wedding cake. At GHC we believe that the taste of your cake is just as important as the beautiful finish on the outside. If you cannot attend a face to face meeting with us then why not opt for our remote service instead.
Our remote service is a comprehensive design and tasting process that delivers everything you would expect from our usual face to face experience. We offer our remote service free of charge to any of our couples who have reserved their wedding cake with us, or for potential customers the cost is £45. This fee is deducted from your invoice should you chose to go ahead and book with us.

TELEPHONE CONSULTATION
We will arrange an initial telephone consultation where we will discuss your ideas and wedding plans and talk through your inspirations for your cake design. i will sketch and make notes whilst we are talking to start building a picture in my mind of your likes and dislikes. Further follow up conversations will be arranged as necessary.
DESIGN VISUALS
Following your telephone consultation you will receive a bespoke and detailed computer generated version of your wedding cake design. Similar to the picture below to help you visualise how your cake will look and how your particular flowers and colours will work in your design. Our couples have given us great feedback regarding this and find it is so much more helpful than just a sketch. It also gives us a very precise road map to work from when we are creating your wedding cake for your big day!
