These classes are perfect for beginners and more experienced sugarcrafters that are looking to elevate their skill level, impress their customers and family and friends.

I will show you how to make wired and un-wired sugar flowers, how to create paper thin delicate petals, colouring, assembling and decorating your cakes. Classes are held throughout the year in Basingstoke, Hampshire and will be listed below.
