One of the most exciting aspects of planning your wedding cake is deciding what your cake will taste like. At GHC we believe that the taste of your cake is just as important as the beautiful finish on the outside!
Our cake tiers are approximately 5.5 inches high with light fluffy delicious sponge cake and are then layered with complementing syrups, buttercreams, conserves, caramels and flavoursome curds. In order to achieve our signature sharp edges and contemporary lines each of our iced cakes are covered in a layer of luxury white chocolate truffle ganache before being iced with a fine layer of luxury sugarpaste.
